Data Deletion Instructions

Simpler OS (operated by SimplerOS, Inc.) accepts deletion requests for your account and personal data by email.
How to request deletion
Email support@simpleros.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your Simpler OS account. Include:
- Your full name as shown on the account.
- The real estate license number (if applicable) associated with the account.
- Any third-party integrations you want immediately disconnected (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Cloze, Canva).
You will receive acknowledgement within 5 business days and full confirmation within 30 days.
What happens when you delete your data
- Your account, profile, and authentication credentials are permanently deleted.
- Content you created (listings, CMAs, marketing materials, AI-generated content) is deleted or anonymized, unless the Brokerage is required to retain it for legal, tax, audit, or real estate regulatory obligations (typically 5 years under Kentucky law for transaction records).
- OAuth tokens for connected third-party services (Meta, LinkedIn, Cloze, Canva, Spark MLS) are revoked and deleted from our systems.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained indefinitely.
Revoking Meta / Facebook / Instagram access separately
If you only want to disconnect Simpler OS from your Meta account (without deleting your Simpler OS account), you can do so directly at:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find simpler.OS in the list.
- Click Remove.
This revokes our tokens immediately. Your Simpler OS account remains active; you can re-connect Meta at any time by visiting /social in the Service.
