simplerOS Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Our commitment

simplerOS, Inc. wants the Platform to be usable by the widest range of people, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we build and improve the Platform. This statement covers the simplerOS web platform and the simplerOS mobile applications.

2. The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the benchmark used for private-business web accessibility, and we are building new work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

3. What we do

  • We apply accessibility practices in design and code, including keyboard access, text alternatives, color contrast, and clear structure.
  • We review new features for accessibility and fix issues we find as part of ongoing work.
  • We aim to support current versions of major browsers and screen readers.

4. Current status and known limitations

The Platform is in active development. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we are working to address them. If you find a barrier, please tell us and we will work to help and to fix it.

5. Feedback and requests for accommodation

If you have trouble using any part of the Platform, or need information in another format, contact us at support@simpleros.com. Please describe the problem and the page or feature. We aim to respond within three business days and to offer a way to get the information or complete the task you need.

6. Raising a concern

If we do not resolve your concern, you may escalate it to legal@simpleros.com for further review.
